Hyacinth stirred awake where they'd dozed off, near the opening of the massive puppet they had finished last night. For the first time in weeks, they felt properly rested, body full of energy they didn't recognize despite the fever headache crowding their skull. They looked out at the horizon, yawning softly as they and the rest of their children came to.

Cardion, having dozed off next to them, looked at Hyacinth sleepily. "M... Mother?" She asked softly.

"Good morning, dear," Hyacinth greeted tenderly, turning their head to face her. "Did you have a good rest?" They asked with a smile.

"Yes," Cardion nodded. "This one feels well... This one dreamt of stars," She expressed.

"I believe we have our new arrival to blame for that," Hyacinth commented with a soft chuckle. "Goodness, what a shock... I still have a fever. I must admit, however, I expected worse," They commented even as they gently rubbed their temples.

Cardion looked around at the three puppets around her, sitting up slowly. "This one does not have a fever," She expressed softly.

"I'm glad... It happens to me whenever I spawn a new titan. It can be rather draining," Hyacinth admitted, yawning and sitting up. "But it is worth it in the long run. Always," They insisted, pushing theirself to a standing posture. "I suppose I should think of a name for this one, then..." They pondered.

"Oh, this one has names to come up with, too. All of these ones are new," Cardion expressed.

"Oh, my..." Hyacinth looked over the new puppets. "I suppose it makes sense. Now that the titan is spawned, our spawning will go back to normal," They explained.

Cardion nodded. "It happened while mother was controlling the new titan," She explained.

"I didn't mean to startle you, dear... I suppose it was quite a start, though," Hyacinth expressed.

Cardion nodded again. "This one wasn't prepared for the heartbeats at first. It was like the whole room jumped," She expressed.

"I believe the organs are just below us. To think one of my children could be so big we'd have all this space inside..." They trailed off as they looked around the puppet's interior. "We could fit whole Perditioners or Cambrians within. It's just... Truly, leviathan," They expressed, rubbing their chin for a moment. "I suppose the size is what makes it stands out. Perhaps 'Leviathan' would be a good name for it," They commented.

"This one likes that name," Cardion nodded. "It sounds graceful."

Hyacinth smiled. "It seems we're in agreement, then," They commented with a soft chuckle.

"Now this one must think of names..." Cardion rubbed her chin.

"There's no such thing as a right or wrong name, dear. Follow your heart," Hyacinth encouraged, pacing over to gently rub the Archon's back.

Cardion looked over the three puppets, rubbing her chin. The fleshy one's name came to mind first: "A Metasta," She eventually decided, pointing at it. "And... The small one will be a Demulcent," She expressed, rubbing her chin. As the idea for the largest one's name hit her, she almost felt stupid for not realizing it earlier. "And the largest will be a Reef."

Hyacinth nodded approvingly. "Those are lovely names, dear," They expressed, kissing Cardion's forehead gently.

Cardion gave a little smile, nuzzling Hyacinth. "This one is glad this is good at naming," She expressed.

Hyacinth smiled awkwardly. "It's not always easy," They admitted. "But the puppet types always seem to come naturally."

Cardion nodded in agreement, gathering all three of her spawn into a hug.

Hyacinth joined in the hug briefly, giving them all a squeeze before letting go.

"Now... I suppose we should get down from here and consider where the new arrivals should go," Hyacinth mused.

The Leviathan slowly lowered itself, laying down and spreading out its wing so its passengers could disembark safely.

Cardion walked in front of Hyacinth as they made their way down, wanting to be able to stop Hyacinth from tumbling down if they lost their balance on the leathery surface. Hyacinth didn't mind, giving a small smile as they followed Cardion down. They noticed she'd been a bit more protective as of late, but didn't have the heart to bring it up, lest Cardion take it as a complaint.

As they stepped back onto solid ground, however, Hyacinth gently rubbed the Leviathan's wing. "Now, are you okay here, dear?" They asked gently.

The Leviathan gave a long rumble of a reply, like an extremely deep whale song.

"Ah... You're not comfortable on the land?" Hyacinth questioned.

The Leviathan replied again in its deep song, slowly turning to face them.

"Oh, of course... You must feel heavy on the surface. You wish to fly, don't you?" Hyacinth supposed.

The Leviathan replied a third time, very gingerly flapping the smallest pair of wings on its tail.

"Ah... You wish to soar high above, where gravity is low. Alright, dear," Hyacinth replied with a gentle smile. "Just don't go too far. We might need you," They cooed.

The Leviathan gave one final rumble before slowly and carefully drawing itself back to its hooves. Its wings flayed open, and it pushed off into the air, rapidly soaring off into the sky.

Hyacinth chuckled as they watched the Leviathan leave. "Such an antsy one," They murmured softly.

"This one will try not to bring it down too often," Cardion commented, watching the giant puppet sail into the sky.

"I think it's okay to call it to us if we need it, dear. It just has its preferred place to be, like how the Perditioners like rocky areas they don't have to be gentle in," Hyacinth explained with a smile.

"Oh," Cardion nodded. "This one thinks this understands," She mused, rubbing her chin.

Hyacinth smiled. "I knew you'd catch on quickly," They commented with a proud smile, pulling Cardion into a hug.
