Divisions are special Analogues maintained by specialized open-air hangars built on Mechanized Puppets. They are designed as heavy aerial support units, trading inbuilt combat capabilities for modularity and superior mobility thanks to their energized thrusters. A group of Divisions is called a secession.
Given their airborne status, Divisions are quite significant, standing at 3' 4" (102cm) tall. Despite this significant height, their bodies are still rather rounded and stocky, mostly in service of accommodating for the triple slot of modules on their backs. They also bear a cuff around each hoof which hosts a magic powered electrical engine, allowing the Division to move relatively freely in three dimensional space. Like other Analogues, they are made of plates of refined Haetin, giving them considerable durability while maintaining a moderate weight distribution.
Divisions, like most puppets spawned from Mechanized Archons, are fairly simple as far as their abilities go. They are flexible platforms for modules, with their triple slot making them uniquely suited to equipping prospecting equipment or storage bays in addition to graspers for the manipulation of their surroundings, and indeed, most Divisions prefer to equip graspers along with a piece of two-slot equipment for this reason. However, for mining purposes, some Divisions will equip rocket pods.
While their exact activities vary, Divisions have a reliable behaviour pattern of periods of activity followed by rest. They will communicate with their working groups when needed, but only ever recreationally socialize when resting and recharging on their hangars, where they chat with their hosts or any nearby puppets (including other docked Divisions if applicable).
Divisions, being Analogues, have no remarkable genetic profile. However, unlike Colonies, which concede some building functionality for their smaller size and ease of deployment, Divisions seem to have full capability with any installed module, so long as it fits on their limited slots, suggesting a certain robustness that most Analogues lack. This is mostly assumed to be owed to the fact that Divisions and their Hangars must be fabricated by an Archon.
Divisions were originally going to be a variation on Provinces, what with their being able to fly and such. However, I decided to make them their own thing, as Divisions are more a product of the Archon that makes them rather than any sort of subanalogue of an existing analogue.
